What really stood out was when I initially forgot to ask for my second key fob. The team went above and beyond to track it down and mail it to me. At first, the arrangement was for me to get a replacement key fob at a discounted price. But when I mentioned that having both key fobs should really come with the purchase, they did everything they could to find my original second key. My transaction didn't just end the day I drove off the lot, they kept delivering great customer service well after the sale. Really appreciated that.
