This was one of the best car buying experiences of my life. We needed a car to replace my husbands truck that was starting to die. I was looking at mini vans because you can get a new car with less miles for cheaper than the kind of vehicles we prefer to drive. I decided to look on CarGurus just to prove myself right, that there was no Yukon XLs with lower miles that were affordable. I was wrong. There was one. I contacted the dealership, and set up a phone appointment. Hamlet was the one who called and he went above and beyond what is expected of any car salesman. He sent videos of the car running, pictures and videos of all the imperfections and did everything he could to make sure that I was comfortable (I am from Ohio, so I was not there seeing it in person). After deciding I wanted the car, I decided to make the trip out there instead of shipping it here. Hamlet test drove the car with me on the highway, in the city, and then took me to a residential area so I could drive it, so that I could be comfortable, and answered all my questions in an honest and respectful manner. He also provided me with all of the invoices with all the work that had been done on the car while in their possession so that I would know what had been done with it. If they were closer to me (around 6 hours away) I would 100% look their first the next time I need a car!
